We want you to love every Byxie piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help — simply and fairly.
Return eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- All original internal garment tags still attached
- In original packaging, free from signs of wear, make-up, perfume, or odour
- Return requested within 14 days of delivery confirmation
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and may be returned to you at your cost.
What can't be returned?
For hygiene, sustainability, and made-to-order reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

If you experience any issues accessing the portal, you can email us at support@shopbyxies.com with the following:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Include the item(s), reason for return, and photos with tags clearly visible
- Once approved, we'll send you the return authorisation and warehouse address
- Ship your parcel using a tracked and insured service — keep your proof of postage
Please do not send items back before receiving approval. Unauthorised returns cannot be processed and may be refused.
Shipping & fees
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked and insured service — Byxie is not liable for parcels lost, damaged, or delayed in return transit.
- A £4.99 restocking fee applies per item returned
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Orders that qualified for free shipping will have a £9.99 deduction applied to cover the original shipping cost
When returning, mark your parcel clearly as "Returned Goods – Value: 0" on the customs declaration form. Failure to do so may result in import duties being charged, which Byxie cannot cover and the parcel may be refused.

Store credit never expires and can be used anytime on byxie.com. It is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
Received something wrong?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@byxie.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and we'll resolve it promptly.
Minor variations such as loose threads, slight colour differences, or fabric texture are normal characteristics of handcrafted garments and are not considered defects. Damage caused by wear and tear, mishandling, or improper care is also not eligible for return.
How to exchange an item
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size, colour, or item:
- Request a return for store credit using the process above
- Once your credit is issued, place a new order on byxie.com
This ensures you get exactly what you want without delays, and your new order is processed immediately.
Abuse & account review
Byxie reserves the right to refuse returns and restrict future orders if we identify unusual or excessive return activity, returns that don't match the original order, or repeated attempts to return items outside of policy. In such cases, we may deactivate the associated account.
What we can't refund
Byxie is unable to refund original shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, or any local handling fees. If you refuse delivery or fail to pay import duties and the parcel is returned or destroyed, return shipping and handling costs will be deducted from any store credit, or the refund may be declined entirely.
Legal & compliance
Byxie LTD is a UK-registered brand. All purchases and disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales. As orders are fulfilled internationally, Byxie is not subject to EU consumer protection law. Made-to-order and customised items are final sale except in cases of manufacturing defect.
