Order processing time

All Byxie products are made to order  your item is carefully produced after your order has been placed. Each piece is crafted with attention to detail to ensure the highest quality.

Please allow 2–5 business days for processing and production before your order is dispatched. Orders placed after the Friday cut-off 5pm or during weekends will begin processing on the next business day.

Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Total delivery time = processing time (2–5 days) + transit time. Good things take time — and we promise your Byxie piece will be worth the wait.

 

Where do orders ship from?

Byxie is a UK-registered brand. Our products are designed and fulfilled by our international manufacturing partners, and orders may be shipped from overseas fulfilment centres including Asia and Europe.

Orders shipped from overseas may be subject to customs inspections and import duties depending on your country's regulations — this also applies to customers within the United Kingdom.

Import fees & taxes

Prices displayed on our website do not include customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees. These charges are imposed by your country's customs authority and are outside of our control. Customers are responsible for all customs-related fees upon delivery.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order to understand any potential charges. Byxie will always accurately declare the contents and value of your shipment on all required customs documentation.

If you refuse to pay customs duties and your parcel is returned to us, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Any refund issued will exclude shipping charges and customs fees incurred.

 

Incorrect or incomplete address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Byxie is not liable for non-delivery, delays, or misdelivery resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details. Please ensure your delivery information is correct before confirming your order.

 

Shipping delays

During high-volume periods — such as sales events, new collection launches, or peak seasons — processing and delivery may take slightly longer than usual. Once your order has left our fulfilment centre, we are unable to influence courier delays or customs inspections.

In rare cases, additional delays may be caused by:

  • Billing or shipping address discrepancies
  • Payment verification or security checks
  • Shipments to remote locations
  • Carrier backlogs during peak seasons
  • Temporary stock or production availability

While we strive to deliver on time, international shipments may occasionally experience delays beyond our control. Our team actively monitors every order until safe delivery.

Lost or misdelivered parcels

Byxie is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen parcels once they have been marked as delivered by the courier, nor for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Cancellation policy

We process and begin production on orders quickly so your pieces reach you as soon as possible. Cancellations may be requested within 1–2 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered processing, fulfilment, or shipment. Once an order has begun production or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Please do not refuse delivery. Refused shipments incur both the original and return shipping costs, which will be deducted from any refund issued.
