Caring for your Byxie pieces
To keep your items looking their best, we recommend:
- Wash inside out
- Cold or low temperature wash
- Air dry only
- Avoid tumble drying to protect fabric quality
- Iron or steam on low heat if needed
- Keep away from rough surfaces or sharp jewellery
- Store folded or hung depending on the garment
Good care means your pieces will last longer and keep their shape beautifully.
Returns and exchanges
We want you to love every piece. If something is not quite right, here is how to return it:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- For hygiene reasons, certain items may be non returnable (for example underwear)
TikTok Shop Orders
If you placed your order through TikTok Shop:
- All returns must be requested through your TikTok order page, in line with TikTok Shop policies.
- Please follow the return prompts in the app.
